About us

Most consulting is built for corporates. Perinova isn’t. We’re a small Sydney-based team that works with small businesses and not-for-profits across strategy, AI, risk, governance, and team training, without the bill or the formality you’d usually expect.

We’ve run strategy days with not-for-profit boards, helped small businesses find practical ways to use AI, written policies the team will actually use, kept board minutes and registers in order, and trained teams on the things they never have time to learn.

And an outside view when a one-off decision comes up.
